Studying the Bible

Studying the Bible

If you are going to read and study God's word, which all Christians need to, then
you should make sure you are reading from the pure word of God.

Do not be deceived. We are living in the last years of the world. Satans ministers and people
far outnumber the righteous. I recommend staying off YouTube as much as possible and in your Bible
letting God teach you.

1 John 2:27
"But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not
that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and
is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him."

If you read the word of God and need help understanding a verse, use commentaries from
well known and proven Christian theologians of centuries past such as Ellicott, Barnes, Meyers etc.

Lets say you are reading Ruth chapter 1, verse 2.
And you are reading and need help understanding what "Ephrathites" are.

Just type into Google: "Ruth 1:2 meaning" or "Ruth 1:2 commentary"
and use BibleHub. It has many of the great Christian theologians that have been proven by
the test of time.
